As with all forms of software and business equpiment owned by the Company, Linx is to be used only for legitimate business purposes. All information provided through or entered into Linx is the property of Suddenlink Media, Inc. and private use of this resource is forbidden. Linx utilizes passwords to control the availability of information. All passwords are the property of the Company and must be held in strict confidence. No employee may use a password that has not been created for that employee's exclusive use nor should passwords be given out to anyone. The Electronic Communications Policy has been developed to insure that the use of tools like Linx is consistent with the Company's legitimate business interests.
